ive practiced animating thing and writing script.
you can decide your fate by either destroying the bosses completely or you could just defeat them.
you decide if you will become the enlightened hero or the corrupted slayer
Im thinking of trying to get my gaming friends from hhhs to help me build this game, help in animations and the coding involved for this game to help this go much faster.
I had an idea to have all the boss battles (can be 7 to 9 bosses depending on the story you pick for yourself) be rhythm based....the bosses attacks and your attacks sync up to songs from the quick brown foxes Speedkore 4kidz (not really for kids)
i have created a platform test game to get all the elements correct, but sometimes when i jump i go in the floor and sometimes when i go over a gap i float so im figuring out why it sometimes does this and sometimes does not.
my name is Mitchell Marcrum and i just moved here fro heritage hills and im enjoying perry central so far....but lets see how that plays out. Ive always wanted to try gamemaker but never really got around to doing it, but now that i have a dedicated time to it i think i can get a lot done.
I am waiting to be able to use gamemaker, while i was waiting though i did think of a character design, story-line and fighting style/use of abilities for OFTA. the basic attack for the combo will be a 4 hit combo in which the fourth hit is an aerial launch. the first ability will probably a projectile of sorts but idk. the 2nd ability (four abilities in total) will be a roll or dodge that makes you immune to dmg for a short duration. 3rd ability is an empowerment which will add 2x dmg. 4th will be an activation ability that activates an on death accurance that will revive you if death occurs within 10 secs
